Walk and Talk in Nature
Time spent in nature holds many known health benefits: lowers our stress hormones, brings creative thought, improves immune function, helps us feel grounded and calm, connects us to timeless rhythms and gives a break from the rat-race. Walking also has many health benefits: helps us problem solve, gets circulation moving, reduces risk of heart disease and cancers, improves mood, aids in good sleep, gets metabolism going. Connecting with a compassionate, real person who fully listens to you and is present can be very helpful in coping with stress, sorting through the myriad of thoughts and issues that may be overwhelming, and finding clarity with your own voice, plan, way.
I offer individual coaching sessions that include a one-hour walk in nature offering you my presence, compassionate listening, and feedback, as well as herbal recommendations if you would like. You will have the opportunity to talk about what is showing up in your life and receive the healing medicine of walking in nature and being truly heard. This calming, healthy activity offers benefits on many levels in helping you find clarity and peace on your path as well as support with making action items to assist in moving through transitions or tough times.
